Seafront apartments near Zadar
BonaMare house belongs to Mišulić family from Zadar, who also love spending their vacation right there. The name BonaMare is a blend of the word bonus (good, noble) and a female name Marija (Mare), in memory of the beloved family member. Thus, the name carries a special connotation to us.
With much effort, love and attention to details, these seafront apartments were finished in 2011. All our dear guests surely notice that. Two materials characteristic for this climate, wood and stone dominate each apartment. With decoration, equipment and approach we tried to stand out from the regular private accommodation in Croatia and especially among apartments in Zadar region. BonaMare house is primarily something we take pride in and only then the means of earning extra money. We have always favored this approach.

BonaMare seafront house has four apartments, two on the first and two on the second floor. Each apartment carries a name after one nature’s gift characteristic for this area. The apartments Maslina (Olive) and Smokva (Fig) are placed on the first floor, while Maraška (Marasca) and Lavanda (Lavander) are placed on the second floor.
The rooms are equally arranged in all apartments. In the front part facing the sea there is a terrace with a magnificent sea view, a sitting room and a kitchen with a dining room. The hallway with a bathroom separates the front part from the back area with the bedroom. As sofa bed in the sitting room is easily unfolded to make a bed, each apartment can accommodate utmost three people.
Free Wi-Fi internet access, heating and air-conditioning system, LCD satellite television, radio, safety deposit box, linen, bathroom towels, hair-dryer, shower creams, soaps, fully functioning kitchens (all sorts of dishes and cutlery), refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, coffee machine, ambient lighting in the sitting room, parquet floors – all this is the standard equipment of our apartments. On request, we are able to provide an additional babycot or a berth for smaller vessels.
Right in front of BonaMare house there is a small pebble beach for our guests, who can use parasols and sun loungers completely free of charge. The beach and the house are separated with a promenade along the whole coast. On a 50-meter distance from the house towards the center stretches a small sandy beach, ideal for families with kids. The main local beach (pebble) is located in the center of Turanj, some 400 meters away from BonaMare house, while the area in-between offers a number of smaller beaches and areas where the locals and tourists find refreshment in the summer heat.
Turanj, a small place and a home of BonaMare house, is situated on a 15-minutes drive from Zadar. Crystal clear sea, beaches, small restaurants, promenades along the coast and a slow pace of life undoubtedly exude special charm, to which many people succumb at first sight and keep coming back every year. The slow pace of life unburdened by modern age concerns is the best that Turanj can offer, but it is often the only thing we need.
In Turanj’s close proximity spreads a place called Sv. Filip and Jakov. Turanj and Sv. Filip and Jakov are connected with a lengthy promenade along the sea, forming a harmonious whole and complementing each other with their offers and lifestyles. Biograd is placed only a few kilometers to the south. It is a small town well-known for its nautical tourism and lively flutter during summer months, which compensates for its winter sleepiness.
